Note the integrator is concentric to the main drum and its purpose is related to the gallon meter.
Gallon meter. This is just an accumulator, it merely counts the revolutions of the integrator drum. As you can see, 6 digit reading and one unit = 1000 gallons! Would not like a water bill of this fellow.
